Request your return within 14 calendar days of delivery. Once approved, your return must be postmarked within 7 calendar days of our approval. Eligible returns are issued as store credit only; refunds to the original payment method are reserved for confirmed damaged, defective, or incorrect orders as described below.
Handbags, totes, hats, apparel, and other merchandise may qualify unless listed as final sale. Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged, with original tags, packaging, and any included accessories. Items must be free of stains, makeup, perfume, smoke odors, and pet hair. An order number or proof of purchase is required.

Using a promotional code on an otherwise eligible, regular-price item does not automatically make it final sale, unless the promotion is clearly identified as final sale before purchase. Credit reflects the amount actually paid after discounts. Jewelry remains final sale regardless of the discount used.
Email us at bayandbayouboutique@gmail.com. Include your name, order number, the item you wish to return, the reason for the return, and photos of any damage, defect, or incorrect item. Please wait for our approval and the return mailing address before shipping. Pack the item securely and include your order confirmation or packing slip. Returns are accepted by mail only.
Customers must pay return shipping for eligible returns due to fit or preference. Original shipping charges are not credited. Use a trackable shipping service and keep your receipt until your return is processed. Store credit is issued after the item reaches us and passes inspection.
Please allow up to 7 business days after we receive your return for inspection and processing. Approved store credit will be emailed to you for the amount paid for the accepted item, including applicable sales tax and excluding shipping. Store credit does not expire and may be used at www.bayandbayouboutique.com.
For a different size, color, or style, return your eligible item for credit and place a new order. Replacement merchandise is subject to availability. If a return does not meet our requirements, we will contact you about having it shipped back at your expense.
Please inspect your order when it arrives and report damaged, defective, or incorrect items within 3 business days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. If a defect is not immediately apparent, contact us as soon as it is discovered.
Final-sale restrictions do not apply to confirmed damaged, defective, or incorrect items. We will cover necessary shipping and arrange a replacement or a refund, including applicable sales tax, to your original payment method. This policy does not limit your rights under applicable law.
